For our conveyancing roles, all trainees will complete a six-week training programme before they join a team, including modules on client care. Experienced conveyancers are also encouraged to undertake additional courses and training on a regular basis to ensure that they remain fully up-to-date with industry standards and are able to progress their career.
We have attained Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) endorsement for our Bite Sized Leadership and Management Programme. Those who are looking for progression into management positions can access a full range of development programmes, endorsed by the ILM and are designed to ensure we have inspirational leaders supporting their teams to be the best they can be.
Additionally, all employees can also take advantage of our in-house virtual Simplify Academy, which houses thousands of training modules on a variety of subjects.
